Shipping policy

This policy applies to (United States) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you have a clear understanding of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store, you accept the guidelines here.

Shipping And Delivery

We Offer Free Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

Shipping method: All orders are shipped via carrier with tracking.

  • Orders placed through our website usually ship within 1-7 business days Mon to Fri.  There are some items however that are made to order and may take longer. Please read product descriptions.
  • We deliver your order straight to your address according to your location, transit time can be between 4-20 business days Mon To Fri; (depending on the items ordered.)

Order tracking

Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-10 business days of the above processing time, please check your spam folder.  You are always welcome to contact us also!

International Shipping 

Shipping fees are charged for international customers.  Taxes, duties, customs, etc are the responsibility of the customer.  Please check with your country of residency if you are unsure of what your responsibilities may be. 
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of international orders.

Tax

If any additional duties and taxes may apply it will be calculated at checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Most orders cannot be canceled or changed once they have been placed. If you would like to request a cancellation, please email us at howdy@neonspur.com as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.  Please note that just because something has not shipped yet, does not mean we can cancel it.  We have certain fulfillment processes that sometimes, cannot be stopped.  If we are able to cancel your order, there will be a 5% non-recoverable, merchant processing fee deducted from your cancellation.  These are merchant processing fees that we cannot recapture.

If an item in your order is out of stock or discontinued, this does not automatically make the remaining portion of your order eligible for cancellation. In many cases, other items may have already entered fulfillment and cannot be canceled.

We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to assist you whenever possible.

CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER:
If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at Howdy@NeonSpur.com and update us with the new delivery address. Provided the order has not made its way into fulfillment, we may be able to correct addresses. If the order is at a certain point in the fulfillment process, we may not be able to revise your shipping address.  After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES :
Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes, items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, please send us photos via email of the damage within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.

Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused at delivery by the recipient, this is treated as a non-refundable event. Neon Spur will not issue a refund for orders where delivery was attempted but refused.

Misdelivered Packages, Undeliverable & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete, including apartment/unit numbers and any other required delivery details.

If a package is misdelivered, returned to sender, deemed undeliverable, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, Neon Spur is unable to issue refunds or replacements for the order.

If an undeliverable package is successfully returned back to us, we may be able to reship the order to the corrected address at the customer’s expense for additional shipping charges. However, please note that not all undeliverable packages are returned to us.

Many of our orders ship through third-party fulfillment centers. In cases where an undeliverable package is returned to a fulfillment facility, those items are often classified as unrecoverable goods due to logistics processing limitations and may be discarded or otherwise unable to be retrieved or resent.

Because of these fulfillment and carrier limitations, Neon Spur cannot guarantee recovery or reshipment of packages that were addressed incorrectly at checkout.

We encourage all customers to double-check their shipping information at checkout. Once an order has been submitted, we are often unable to modify the shipping address.
