Return Policy for Rodeo Shirts:
We offer a 7 day return policy for a full refund for rodeo shirts purchased at full price. Items must be in brand new condition. Refunds will be rejected if there is any sign of use or wear, and/or if the item is not received back to us in brand new condition. Items for refund must be received back to us within 30 days from the date of order. A 30 day exchange or store credit option is offered for sale or discounted rodeo shirt purchases.
For a full refund: You have 7 days from the date the item(s) were delivered, to request a full refund for rodeo shirts purchased at full price. A return shipping label will be emailed to you. $10 will be deducted from the refund for return shipping. Any free promotional items/gifts with purchase (if applicable to your order), will also need to be returned with the item that is to be refunded. Should promotional items/gift w/ purchase not be included with your returned item(s), the value of the item will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Discount Rodeo Shirts Purchases:
30 days to exchange or for store credit. For USA customers, A FREE prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you after you initiate a return. (International customers, please see return policies below.) All items must be in new condition with tags attached, no odors, stains or signs of wear. Promotional items/gift with purchase items (if applicable to your order), need not be returned and you are welcome to keep and enjoy them. If an exchange is requested for a higher priced item than the item you originally ordered, an invoice will be sent and will be due prior to shipping out the exchanged item. Please indicate if you would prefer an exchange or store credit. Should the requested item for exchange be out of stock, a store credit will be issued. Store credit will be automatically issued to you if you do not specify at the time you initiate your return if you would like an exchange.
Return policy for all other items:
No returns or exchanges for all non-rodeo shirt item purchases.

Please carefully package your items(s) and include a copy of your receipt/invoice inside the return. Please contact us at howdy@neonspur.com if you don't receive your return shipping label via email.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and/or unused, with tags attached (if any), and in its original packaging. Item must be free of odors, stains, tears, signs of use/wear and/or damage of any kind.
Returns are self service. Please log into your customer account or click HERE and select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return. Following this process, USA customers will receive a return shipping label sent to the email address that was used to place the order. Please carefully package your items(s) and include a copy of your receipt/invoice inside the return. Please contact us at howdy@neonspur.com if you don't receive your pre-paid shipping return label and/or have any questions.
International Customers outside the USA: You will be responsible for return shipping fees for item(s) that you wish to return. Store credit will be issued to international customers. Exchanges are not available for international customers.

Damages, defects and/or incorrect item(s) received:
Time is of the essence. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt please.
Gift cards and sale items are final sale.
