Shipping And Delivery
We Offer Free Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
Shipping method: All orders are shipped via carrier with tracking.
- Orders placed through our website usually ship within 1-7 business days Mon to Fri. There are some items however that are made to order and may take longer.
- We deliver your order straight to your address according to your location, transit time can be between 4-20 business days Mon To Fri; (depending on the items ordered.)
Order tracking
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-7 business days of the above processing time, please check your spam folder. You are always welcome to contact us also!
International Shipping
Shipping fees are charged for international customers. Taxes, duties, customs, etc are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country of residency if you are unsure of what your responsibilities may be.
Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of international orders.
Tax
If any additional duties and taxes may apply it will be calculated at checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Most orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please email us at: NeonSpurApparel@gmail.com, if you decide to cancel the order. We will do the best we can to assist you.
CHANGE ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER:
If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact us at:NeonSpurApparel@gmail.com , and update us with the new delivery address. After the order is shipped, we will no longer be able to change the shipping address.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES :
Please check all items thoroughly after receiving them. Sometimes your items may be damaged in transit. When this happens, please send us photos via email of the damage within 5 days of the shipping date. Any damaged or missing items reported after 5 days will not be refunded. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.
